We utilize PAYHOA software for homeowners association payments.
Effective 2021 the board has decided that the coupon books are an unnecessary expense.
If it is absolutely necessary please reach out to your property manager to request a coupon book.
1. Online: We have sent activation links to everyone with an email address on file. If you need another one please email us at sarah@thegeneralledger.com with your property address and ask for an activation link.
It is easy to setup, we need to send you an activation link (from PAYHOA) then you add your password and you are able to see your payment history as well as setup autopay, if you prefer, to hit on the due date and make online payments free of charge (if you choose to pay with a credit card then a 2.9% processing fee is added to your payment).
The first time that you setup a payment you need to verify your bank account by either searching for your bank and logging in or by manually adding your bank account by verifying two small deposits within a day or two of entering your information, then you can make payments online. You may also setup autopay to hit on the due date through your portal. You set that up by logging in and then clicking on pay now and then click on enable autopay.
WHEN YOU SETUP AUTOPAY it asks for a maximum amount, you may enter the amount of your current dues but then each year if there is a small increase you will need to go in and deactivate autopay then re-activate autopay and reset that maximum)

2. Check: You can write a check payable to VSL (Villages of Sandalwood Lakes) and mail it to (we also have a dropbox outside of our office that is checked daily if you need to drop it off)
The online system is the preferred method for proper posting but for those who prefer checks just please make sure your unit address is clearly printed on the check)
