You have 3 ways to pay your monthly dues:

1. ACH Auto Pay: If you would like to auto pay each month please send us your routing and account # and we can set that up for you, you can use the form at the bottom of this page to send us that information if you would like. You can also take a picture of a voided check and email that to us.

2. Online Payments

IMPORTANT: Your account # is your street address #

    2. be sure to use your full street address in your association as your account # 

    3. If you have any questions please fill out the form below 

    4. If you would like to setup auto ACH payments please fill out the form below.

    5. the property address and email you used will be the information you use to log back in and retrieve your payment information, if you put "3Balfour" the first time you use this system that is your account #, if you put    "3" that is your account #, if you put "3B". Please remember what you used as it is now your user id and password.

    6. While this system allows you to setup re-ocurring payments it requires an end date so setting up ACH is a much more efficient method to pay automatically.

5. PLEASE Be careful, while you can cancel and update future payments any payment you submit for todays date can not be cancelled or reversed and you will have to wait for a check to be cut, after funds clear, for any reimbursement.
