For Homeowners On ACH (Auto payment) of their dues. You must let us know to deactivate your ACH If you are moving. Often we are not notified that the closing actually took place until well after closing date.
Estoppel Procedure :
$200.00 due up front payable to The General Ledger. Mail estoppel and check to our office located at 5646 Corporate Way, WPB FL 33407.
Please be sure to send the title to us at closing.
Please send the estoppel fee to our office and we will return the completed estoppel as soon as the application is received by the Woodbine Master Association. You can contact The Property Manager at 561-840-9225 for any other information but there are no dues paid to the Master Association. The Woodbine Master association must be contacted about any violation details, we will note anything that we are made aware of on the estopple but we do not handle violations in any way, the Woodbine Master's office handles that.
For All other associations there are no Master Associations.
Bad Check fee :
There will be a $25.00 bad check fee charged to a homeowners account for each bad check.
